Evolutionary Roadmap

From Mentorship
to Innovation

Novunda is in its first phase of a living institution — one designed to grow alongside its students, from their first lab session to their first startup.

Active
Phase I — Current

Pedagogical Excellence

One-on-one mentorship that turns curiosity into discovery. Building a community of students trained to think like researchers — rigorous, curious, and precise.

  • Molecular biology & biochemistry focus
  • Researcher-mentor network
In Development
Phase II — 2027

The Science Center

A physical hub where students have access to molecular biology, cell engineering and computational biology projects. Students progress from theory to practice.

  • Wet laboratory access
  • Computational Biology
  • Community-based discourse and feedback
Vision
Phase III — 2028+

The Biotech Incubator

A launchpad for biotech ventures. Access to seed mentorship, shared lab infrastructure, and an investor network — turning mentorship into innovation.

  • Startup mentorship program
  • Shared lab infrastructure
  • Investor & industry network
Tutoring Sessions

Topics Offered

Each session blends rigorous problem sets, guided lectures, and insights into the current state of the art in science — so students don't just master the fundamentals, they see where the field is heading.

Biology

Cellular processes, genetics, evolution, biotechnology and ecology.

CRISPR gene editing, synthetic biology, single-cell genomics

Chemistry

Atomic structure, bonding, thermodynamics, kinetics, and stoichiometry grounded in real systems.

Green chemistry, catalysis, computational molecular design

Organic Chemistry

Reaction mechanisms, stereochemistry, synthesis, and spectroscopy — thinking like a molecular architect.

Total synthesis, bioconjugation, drug-discovery pipelines

Algebra

Equations, functions, graphing, polynomials, and modeling — the mathematical scaffold beneath every science.

Quantitative modeling, data-driven reasoning, algorithmic thinking

Community Access

The Open Bench
Initiative

Science belongs to everyone with the curiosity to pursue it — not only those who can afford the journey. That belief is built into how Novunda operates.

A portion of every paid session sets aside a seat at the bench for a student who wouldn't otherwise have one — sponsored mentorship at no cost to their family, taught by the same researchers, to the same standard.

How it works

Every session funds a seat

01

You book a session

Every paid tutoring hour directly supports the initiative — no separate donation required.

02

We set aside a seat

A portion of fees sponsors no-cost mentorship for a student from an under-resourced community.

03

They meet the same bench

Sponsored students receive the same researcher-mentorship, problem sets, and frontier insights.
